Educational research institutions and ngo involved in sustainable energy projects will have increased capacity to provide services in fostering sustainable energy projects;
Local governments will build capacity to implement projects in sustainable use of energy, which will lead to reduction in GHG emissions, financial savings from lowered energy consumption and increased quality of life for its residents;
Other interested stakeholders in sustainable use of energy projects (academic institutions, potential investors in RES and EE projects, industry) will benefit from ability to implement energy efficiency measures which can lead to lower energy consumption as well as financial savings and from the increased capacity since they will be able to offer them services and expertise that will foster development of RES projects.
